New shop display
My pictures, hearts and bunting are now available in Valentine and Whicker, Banner Cross, Sheffield. I am really pleased with the display as these things look great placed in the 'baby gifts' section of the shop.
Also, these personalised large name hearts are a new addition to the shop display. I have now to think of something for a boy, I'd like to do stars but not sure yet. Eventually I'd also like to do bedroom signs and other funky things for older children.

Great feedback and smiles!
I donated one of my pictures to the school fund raiser prize draw. The lady that won asked for a gift for her niece's 1st birthday (a very special little girl with jet black hair and blue eyes), this is the result and what she said 'my sister absolutely loves the picture, the eyes and hair made her smile'. So chuffed, I like it when my work has this effect!

Danish Design - my new table runner
I have just returned from a family holiday in Spain and an exciting parcel was waiting by the door! I forgot that I ordered this off Ebay, a lovely original vintage table runner from Denmark, I was just suckered by this lovely orange flower design, giving me ideas for sewing floral shapes! It looks great on the dining table, a pity it's already covered by a mountain of school newsletters, books and such like!

New cards and the school summer fair
At this time of year, after the madness of Mother's Day, I always like to get back onto expanding my card ranges. These cards are currently available in Petalis, Nether Green and Unique, Ecclesall Road, Sheffield.
I have also made a new collection of hanging hearts which I am planning to sell on my stall, at my little boy's school fair, some of these are made using recycled materials and vintage buttons. I have lots more planned; pictures, cushions, key rings, bunting, baby gifts... so many ideas but not enough time!
